Hosomaki 細巻

Hosomaki (細巻) is a type of rolled sushi, literally meaning “thin roll.” It’s a small, cynlindrical piece, with nori wrapped around the outside and usually containing just one filling, such as tuna, salmon, cucumber, or avocado. Hosomaki is usually served as six pieces.  

Available in two sizes. Frame not included.
